Thanks for visiting Sometimes Homemade Mom! My name is Rachael and anyone who really knows me can testify to how much I love to talk and share everything! I am a wife, a mother, and until very recently, a teacher of children who are Deaf and hard of hearing. In the spring of 2012, my husband and I decided that I would stay at home with our 2 1/2 year old daughter. This has always been a dream of mine, and we are going to make it work...somehow. I love to cook, but I am NOT a chef. I am very "economical"; I try to be crafty and I LOVE to watch young minds develop. I have always shared my recipes and ideas with friends. Now, I've decided to share them with anyone who wants to listen (virtually that is)!
